【个人简介】
陈汲清，男，1990年10月，辽宁省鞍山市人，工学博士，辽宁大学电气工程及其自动化专业讲师。第33、34届中国控制与决策会议（CCDC）审稿人及交互分会场秘书。主要研究方向为TCP/IP网络传输与拥塞控制，非线性系统有限时间及预设性能控制。相关论文发表在ISA Transactions、International Journal of Control Automation and Systems等国内外权威期刊或学术会议上8篇。
