王玉箫,女,1993年5月,辽宁铁岭人,中共党员,工学博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师,中国食品科学技术学会委员。

主要研究领域:
主要研究领域为天然产物多糖的分离纯化、结构鉴定及三螺旋活性多糖结构-功能关系。
主持科研项目:
1.2023/01-2025/12,省部级项目,2022JH2/101300152,农产品加工废弃物中功能性多糖的高效制备技术及其免疫调节作用机制研究,30万元,任务骨干。
2.2019/01-2022/12,国家自然科学基金,31871755,维生素C诱发自由基降低天然产物来源多糖黏度的多组分互相作用分子机制,59万元,参与。
